We have a pool of over 480 multi-skilled staff in six locations consisting of more than 400 Operatives: a team of 30 Traffic Marshalls, 15 Team Supervisors and Foremen and 5 qualified Project Managers, supported by a team of 30 Administrative staff and Directors.
Marlborough’s team of qualified Project Managers are central to every project, and they bring a variety of gangs together and ensure the right mix of skills.
Our full-time, qualified QHSE Manager, Mathew Nebu, is responsible for delivering our award winning health and safety policies and training, and ensures they are effectively implemented.
Marlborough’s full-time, qualified in-house trainer, Chris Wood, is responsible for delivering the company’s 4-stage training strategy and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme.
